SiteAboutI just asked Kirsten the other day about making a portfolio for all our icons. She said she would think about it and I continued to bug her until she said yes. We both have plenty of icons to fill up this site. And just like that, a day later I was bugging her about a layout and signing up for a site at Freewebs. Funny the way the world works, isn't it? NameI'll Never Tell is the title of a song in the episode Once More With Feeling of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. We couldn't really think of a name for the site and I had just finished watching that episode and was singing it in my head. I asked Kirsten about some of the other song titles like Walk Through the Fire and I'm Under Your Spell, but they didn't catch. Than I asked "I'll Never Tell?" and she said "Sure!" and it stuck. There really is no good reason, it was just the luck of the draw. The layout design in from summabreezeofluv but all the graphics are made by Amy. Throughout the layout and on the enter page there are pictures of random people, because we were trying to give an impression of our fan fiction, Tears of the Ages and our OCs. You're probably wondering what the title means. It just kind of describes our two OCs, Silvia and Aurelia Colton. They are very original. The coding is CSS and the font that was used is Jayne Austin. I really like the way it turned out.  1.0 Lovely, Dark and Deep The layout design in from Odds&Ends but all the graphics are made by Amy and coding was by Kirsten. The header and footer are of Angel and Vamp-Willow in the episode The Wish in BtVS. I loved Vamp-Willow because she's so cool and my favorite character is Angel. The scene where Vamp-Willow is torturing Angel is pretty kinky, I'll admit, but it seemed appropriate for the version title I was looking for: lovely, dark and deep. The coding is CSS and very difficult to wade through so I give props to Kirsten for figuring it all out. She did an amazing job.  |
